This year, some of Australia's best competitive tree climbers will come together in Tasmania for the Australian Tree Climbing Championships, and Get Shocked Finance is proud to be getting behind Queensland representative Jorim Hutton as he takes on the national stage.

Currently ranked second in Queensland, Jorim has earned his place among the country's leading competitors through years of training, discipline and commitment to his craft.

While competitive tree climbing might be unfamiliar to some, at the elite level it is an incredibly demanding sport. Competitors are tested across events requiring speed, technical ability, precision, strategic decision-making and the ability to perform safely under significant pressure.

Those qualities are also part of what made supporting Jorim such a natural fit for Get Shocked Finance.

Born in the arbor industry

Get Shocked Finance has its roots in the arboriculture industry, so sponsoring a tree climber of Jorim's calibre felt like backing our own.
